We have over time amalgamated the proper relationships needed to facilitate an initial market review prior to placing these assets into compliance with a capital source. Our initial due diligence renders tremendous efficiency as we consummate a transaction, and by proxy, removes the costs, angst, anxiety and frustration prospective borrowers encounter dealing directly with lending institutions. We are very interested in the use of funds for each loan—we structure the financing tailored around the borrower’s needs and goals. We have financing available for block trades and REPOs as well. Each transaction must pass a risk assessment analysis, which includes confirmation of company fundamentals, stock trading volume, daily trading trends and pricing fluctuations. Stock loans are non-recourse to the borrowers in most instances. The specific financing terms will always be competitive, taking into consideration the risk in lending.
